What we collect

This site does not have its own contact form. When you click "free case review" you are taken to a form hosted by Jotform, and when you book a consultation you are taken to Setmore. Information you enter there (name, phone, email, and a description of your situation) is sent to our intake team so we can contact you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.

When you call the number on this site, your call is answered by our office or our answering service.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and do not set tracking cookies until you play them.

Attorney–client privilege

Submitting information through this site does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not send confidential details about your case until we have confirmed representation. Information you provide for a case review is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate whether we can help you.

Your California privacy rights

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
